  2. Does anyone know of anybody in Invercargill who would spin up a set of 8" prostars i recently acquired. I no there is a crowd in dunedin that i have used in the past but was just wondering if anybody local would do it. Cheers
  3. May be no help to you but ive widened a few sets of 14" steels to 8". i just cut out the old centres then welded them into new barrels at the same backspace of some 8" tridents I have. What do you mean by 3p wideners?
  4. Im looking at buying some new door skins for a mk2 sport from that site how much did they rape you for shipping?
  5. Yellow fire. Yeah he was lucky they werent worth much when he brought it. Could never afford to buy 1 now. If you seen the state of his house you would really appreciate the work gone into this car lol

  8. Holy shit!! My old mans xa gt was like this before he reshelled it. If only he was as crazy as you lol. Look foward to the updates

  10. oh yeah. ive put a brand new external reg on. faulty maybe?
  11. have you fixed the problem. my holden does the same. drives fine with lights on charging battery etc.
  12. sometimes you can run a weld around the inside of a pesky outer race. when the weld cools it shrinks the race.
  13. most my falcons have had the same problem. if all else fails do this.I know it looks dodgy but ive never had a problem with shorts or headunits yet. that random black wire is looped around a random screw then pull a rca apart just a little bit and put the other end of the wire just in so it will only touch the outside bit of the rca. also take no responsibility for things blowing up etc. but its always worked a treat for me
  14. Did you band them or put centers in a wider rim
  15. Yeah ive asked around abit about them, weldings not a problem i guess ill just get one welded up and get someone to put iit on a balancer and check it out i guess
  16. Yeah i jumped in and started making a set myself before i realised there were the like of elite wheels and them kind of outfits around that actually do it. Just wondering how much a standard rim runs out as i never checked them before i started.
  17. Ive been searching through the forum about widened steels and havent found anyone who has made a set themselves. Does anyone here have experiance in making them??
  18. yeah if they done 19000 without a warrent check i guess, not a bright idea in a stolen car aye lol
  19. that decrease looks like theyve used the plates on another car. Would be a pretty grey area huh
