  1. You owe me like 3 pairs of pants. This is greatest thread.
  2. Took some better photos after setting my height and getting my alignment.
  3. Haha I dont know why you directed me into that park, lots of slow drivers, many people, speed bumps, no cool corners or anything.
  4. When your KE is running, road legal and finished.
  5. Got Silk Roads in, Compression is firmer than the Bilsteins but rebound is nicer. Quite firm and very controllable when the back steps out, much less roll too which is good. For anyone who was thinking of getting similar for low purposes thats as far as the back goes without removing locking rings. Will take some decent pics tomorrow.
  6. Heres a pic Kurt took from Saturday,
  7. Does it even matter? Its flippin shoes Im more concerned about my new coilovers!
  8. Will have insanely stiff coilovers in by then, hopefully certed too.
  9. That doesnt look like an electric curtain that comes down to cover the number plate. What gives?
  10. So I didnt have time to install my coilovers before the track day but it was still good fun. Was pretty average and inconsistent but had a great time. Heres a video of my better runs. I was getting there towards the end of the day but I need to work on my line and use tyres with more grip. Hopefully the coilovers help with improving consistency. Heres a pic of the coilovers, Will strip the yellow paint and get them in Tuesday I think. They look to be set pretty low but only time will tell...
  11. Those Teins will be sweet, these Silks will be harsh but I need the extra stiffness for tandem control. Come on drift days are fun get out there!
  12. Haha Ill make sure not to disappoint and put them to good use.
  13. We will see, can always swap them around to make 10/8. But with the right valving 8/6 is soft as.
  14. Right so a bit has gone on and I havent updated in a while. So I got a new catback system, bought a chamber muffler to keep her quiet and 2" catback with mandrel bends. Its has definitely made an improvement. Also got my tips on, these are just a test Im going to make some with a nicer Y joint in the same design. Obligortary sound video. I then went to the gymkhana for the month, afterwards we were having some fun and I tapped my friend in his 180SX >.< Luckily no damage just a scratch. Heres the other runs, I forgot to crop them properly but oh well. I also won this at Gymkhana! Cool packaging, yet to fit it though. I have a drift day tomorrow so I just bought a fire extinguisher this morning and new tyres. Its full track at Hampton downs so should be fun. Also another thing I have bought is some Silk Road coilovers, I was going to revalve my Bilsteins for 10/8K but I found these for $650. A little firm at 12/10K but should be good. Hopefully they arrive soon!
  15. This is a nice pair. For the Crown just get some 326Power coilovers, 70Kg/mm should do it.
  16. Sooo I got my RS*R Manifold thanks to Luke Original All studs were good no issues, just WD40 and a warm engine. Comparison to stock, look how the pipes going into the collector are crushed! Couple little pebbles I pulled out Got them in with a little fiddling Done! Well the headers part anyway. Put all the AFM back in, Really need to get the ITBs in the airbox hides the RS*Rs! They do feel a bit better but I need to get new cat and the rest done before I really feel it I think. Went to a trackday and they gave me an extra 5Kmh down the end of the straight. Was a bit wet on and off but good fun! http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Sz7kl7Zm-kM
  17. By 4AGTE he means 20B and Zakspeed kit.
  18. This is a 195/45/15 on a 8J, It looks rubber bandish even on my tiny ass car. Itll make yours look like dubs. Do you want me to try get a bald pair so you can see what it looks like first?
  19. Needs full rally spec treatment, Rubber spoilers front and back, spotlights, side stripes with Escort in them, BDA...
  20. Need a 2" catback made up. I have all the mufflers but just need pipes and tips bent and welded to suit.
  21. Thats badass! SSRs 10000%!!!!!! Makes me wish I got one of these as a drift car now! Forgot how nice they are.
  22. So today I thought I would add some more class back into my car after looking like a race machine the past few weeks. First step was to cut up the main panel for the parcel shelf, fine tooth hacksaw blade made this easy and looks quite clean but will be covered by carpet anyway. Next I put the carpet in so I could put tape to mark where to cut, this is a little hard you just have to take your time and trim little bits. Bought some brand new tin snips for $9 at Mitre 10 as I wanted a clean blade. Works great and cuts real nice. Got them cut pretty well, not perfect but a few mm off. Done!
