have done nothing for a year.
except drive it down the road and back.
had to move it to get the cortina in.
pumped the tyres up and chucked a battery in it.
fired up straight away and idled.
off to get more bits later today.
this thing is pretty much rust free, compared to my last projects.
floor is MINT. almost be a shame to cut a hole in the tunnel...
seats have changed color after cleaning.

whatever you do, don't weld anything on the sump while it's in place.
had a mate do this to an old holden and the oil/petrol in the sump ignited..... BOOM!!!!
blew the sump to bits and sprayed hot burning oil everywhere.
Number 4 should be rocking, number 1 should have no load, ie setting valve clearance. Make shure you are on compression stroke.
Could be 180 out......
