  2. Trying to get cortina there. But yes, meat up or drive. Depends on where we meet. Trying to do a different place every month.
  3. I'll take it. about to do a manual swap on my mk2 cortina.
  4. installed gas shocks and 2" blocks for some low in the back.
  5. plan to be. on school holidays looking after my daughter till feb. got most of the bits, just needs a bit of time.
  6. have rewired everything, made a loom out of 3 different ones. had no wiring in it to start with. gearbox linkages next.

  8. rust done in the front of both guards,lights in and grill in. happy happy joy joy.
  9. pic dump donor front test fit replacement bit then weld no bog yet, will do that probably after the nats...
  10. have done nothing for a year. except drive it down the road and back. had to move it to get the cortina in. pumped the tyres up and chucked a battery in it. fired up straight away and idled.
  11. off to get more bits later today. this thing is pretty much rust free, compared to my last projects. floor is MINT. almost be a shame to cut a hole in the tunnel... seats have changed color after cleaning.

  13. whatever you do, don't weld anything on the sump while it's in place. had a mate do this to an old holden and the oil/petrol in the sump ignited..... BOOM!!!! blew the sump to bits and sprayed hot burning oil everywhere.

  15. Number 4 should be rocking, number 1 should have no load, ie setting valve clearance. Make shure you are on compression stroke. Could be 180 out...... Used to working on British stuff.........
