  2. KETO steering systems private day was awesome! another 8pairs of tyres down. so much track time and space, cant wait till the next one. fitted an ae86 rear swaybar too, made it alot nicer to drive. pics

  5. pics of front suspension etc... consists of kp crossmember, rack moved forward 15mm and ke70 rack inner and pinion gear, rose jointed and lengthened ke30 lcas, ke70 struts/coilovers and brakes, ke70 castor arms(shortened) and swaybar, RCA's, longer tie rods, and KETO steering systems steering arms, also in this pic you can see the radiator crossmember isnt factory, i made a new one and moved it 50mm or so furthur forward for radiator clearance and castor arm mounting points., setup works well so far, changing things as i go, but car is heaps nicer to drive with more castor.
  6. radiator was p11 primera, just made new mounts and fitted different top hose and used nissan fans on the front. worked well for cooling
  7. on a good day it saw 15psi, ended up running a turbo charade carb(blow-through) but them roots chargers arent all that efficent with lots of revs, they get too hot, impellers expand and teflon coating disappears, i cooked a few then finally gave up. most of the time i ran a smaller pulley bolted to the crank and saw around 5psi(also boost at idle) felt more like driving an NA 2litre than a turbo one. so the sr20 doesnt feel much more powerful just more torque and lots more reliable. rev limiter helps heaps too. never measured its power in bullocks or killerwasps but it did go well, maybe near on twice the factory output of a 4k.

  10. ***DISCUSSION*** so ive quitely been on here for a wee while now, thought id share some stuff. had this kp for years now, used to be quite tidy with an ex rally 4k, then supercharged 4k, and over the last winter i did an s14 sr20de conversion with f series diff and modified ke70 front suspension. plan is add turbo and tune, use more, rollcage and just use as much as funds will allow for any events. lately ive done a couple more hori dori days which are pretty damn fun(exhausting). pics also have an hk kingswood sedan with 3speed and 186. shes a darling. not sure how to setup project discussion thing, so will leave that up to someone more capable if anyone wants to talk about stuff.
  11. your better off with a completely full tank, vapours are more flammable than the gas itself
  12. should be there in a ve valiant if all goes well, had my sneaky drive/skid in the starlet today but no wof so wont venture that far
  13. ill be in if im not busy, might even be able to bring the kp. maybe. when?
