  4. 2 down and many more to come. Cant wait to rock up in some thing different. Cheers every one.
  5. All I know is that shaft spins one wheel Havnt read or looked into any thing on how it works.
  6. So this fine stead has not been on the road since 91 which is when my uncle dropped it and never rode it again. I think my little brother was given it around 1999 and its been mine for the last 3 odd years. Its been sitting at my mates work for a week (3 years ) and I thought I would share some pics. We have always called it the yamaharley and it has such a nice comfy riding position. Its a V-twin with open diff and pretty much all standard except the bars and front indicators which were broken. I plan on holding onto it as it cost me nothing and eventually get it back on the road. Do a skid The only one wheeler Im happy with.
  7. Might have to don the retro suit and park opp side of mall, walk like a boss to nandos and order kids meal with lite mayo.
  8. Just a note isnt nandos in the mall which would make the car park very full at 7-730pm? actually where is nandos? Does sound good tho and Il chip in a dollar ten for the birthday boi.
  9. That would be awesome if it goes a head as two of my cars are stored on Jackson street and I dont know any one else in the area that works on stuff.
  10. Im new to this modern version of paint I am also free for the next two weeks so happy with any thing.
  11. replaced an m-series engine in a 77 mark2. Student plus datsun = no love for the toyota atm. Im good with wires but its far from being driveable. I did all my reading and research when I first started conversion and there was alot available.
  12. Im just dreaming. I have a vvt 1jz and that went into my car no worries so I should stop looking. I have a wheel and engine disease.
  13. I shall remove it from my watch list then haha. Skys the limit and wiring is not to tricky if you know some one handy or happy to browse the million threads on the net.
  14. Keen for what ever. My car is alarmed so Otaki could be sweet
  15. Cant remeber for the toyota but some thing like $150+. I get very low prices as we deal with Autolign thru my work. The rear of my datsun cost $94 which I did over x-mas, which was springs and the hangers (6 pairs total)
  16. Oh I must have missed it. Just pull all your old stuff out and take them to the shop of your choice. I thought my cressida was common enough and that still took ages.
  17. Can be pricey. Where abouts are you? Definately money well spent upgrading the factory bushes.
  18. Normal razor blades will probably scratch the glass so be careful. De-solv it sounds like the best option as its easy to get. If you are able to spray the adhesive and then cover it again, this will give the best result of breaking down the glues. Tinters use a softer blade and soapy water for glass with out heater lines. There is some thing else but the name avoids me atm. Done this many times on customers cars when I worked along side a tinter.
  19. That should be fine. Flick me a text and we shall go from there.
  20. I have a fairly new one, Fits in my datsun sweet as and is currently located in ascot park, Porirua. How long you need as my friend will need it to fit his engine. Kane 0273380164
