  1. Well, this has been off the road/in my shed for two years as of about now. I did a little work on it today, first time i've touched it in about 4/6 months, so to celebrate I thought i'd post up some lame pictures of where it no longer has rust. It not longer has rust here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, And it never had rust here, but this section has been replaced after a crash, and was a #%@* of a %$#@$ whore's %*#@ goat, to get back to the rite shape. I hope to make good progress on this in the coming months, as I now have the $$ to have it painted, due to selling my motorbike. But I am a lazy cunt, so who knows. Regards, VG.
  2. Found some info, AU/AUII onwards do run a 36/40P offset, so would be less than ideal on a RWD, so I think i'll go for the 15's, they should be around 0/6P offset.
  3. Any ford steel rim experts on here? Mr Sparkle suggested these 16" late model coon rims: And then I found these 15" items from an earlier model coon: Going by those pics, it looks like the later model ones have horrendous positive offset? Did they go to FWD spec offset in the newer coons? The guy running the auction on the 16's is to retarded to tell me what the offset is, and i'm to retarded to find out what it is on the net, any help would be great.
  4. Shit me, that scrubbed up really well, love the interiors of these older dats, good find man.
  5. Awww maaan, all the pimps and players are going tonight, I may have to review tonights plans.
  6. No love for the white walls ayy I started thinking about different coloured wheels last night, but metallic violet didnt cross my mind? Once I get my hands on some bigger rims I will work out how much wider to go. I dont want to go much more than an inch wider (all on the outside) on the front, but the back could go piss loads wider (I intend on putting a 1uz (ol mr original here ) in it at some point, so wouldnt hurt to have wider rims on the back). I intended on going to 15's to help the gearing a bit anywho, thing needs bigger wheels/a 5th gear pretty bad. I will have another go at photoshopping at some point, even tho it shits me to tears, with std tires, dome hubbies, and different coloured rims. Ideas on what coloured rims may look ok with yellow? I guess creams/tans/bronzes may look ok? Red's been done to death, so maybe a subtle green or blue? Being bright yellow it could look kinda comical tho with too brightly coloured wheels?
  7. So, whos going to the Sat night viewing? I doubt we will have enough ppl to warrent having a decent cruze, but we could meat up then got for a miyanda somewhere.
  8. I have found something worse than having aidscancer, trying to shop when yo cant shop. But yeh, here are my basic options as I see it, you will need to use your imagination/squint a lot. The original idea: Option 2: Option 3:
  9. Well, cant say i've seen a mazda pressure wave supercharger diesel put in anything before
  10. My god man, what motor have you got? Not one of them mazda superturboed things?
  11. I so would, if I didnt have to work sat morning.
  12. It seems the weather may indeed be poo's. If everyone has to have their car running so they can use their window wipers, will everyone become asphyxiated? We may end up with a mass, cult like suicide on our hands? Also, will there only be 3 cars on the cruze? Puhuhuhuhu.
  13. Woo, this blew my mind, till I saw this thread is from 6 YEARS AGO!!??
  14. Sounds good to me, im always up for a convoy in the country.
  15. Woo, yeh that would be chur, the roads up behind Te Puke are pretty sweet from memory.
  16. Anyone know of a neat road to go for a cruse along? Could do this: (I have no idea what the roads up by the falls are like, its just an idea) http://maps.google.co.nz/maps?f=d&sourc ... =UTF8&z=11
  17. You dont have to, its just $5.00 cheaper than buying them from the gate. I have to work Sat morning, so will be over Sat night for pork pie. Is anything happening sat arvo before this? meet up? cruze?
  18. ^ Fuck I had a lol at that. Only problem is that would get stolen in seconds in Kawerau, round here chrome G-zeros show you have made it in life/had a good season. Also may be too hard on gas for a daily.
  19. You are a scallop and a genteelmen.
  20. I am completely retarded in many areas, MS paint/p-shop is one of those areas. I will have to get Duds to do it for me.
  21. Haha, yeh that needs some rims pretty bad. Getting steels widened aint no thang any how, plus the ones on TM have been widened inwards (the rears) to suit that guys car, so not sure what the fitment would be like on other cars. I need to have a good ol think about the style I want, my original idea was std width black steels with white walls and dome hubbies (Kinda like sparks ute) this could also work with no white walls. The other is widened black steels with no hubbies and possibly tires with white lettering? (Kinda like KK's crab)
  22. I may hit dude up for a geeze at rhymes/trial fit. Also, it would be cheaper and easier not to run white walls, and I am cheap and easy. Was going to have a daily set of rims (whats on there now) and a "woo pretty" set, with white walls N shit, but if I dont have white walls then I can just run em err day. (my reasoning was that the white walls will get all shat on and mankey on my daily drive, and thus look poo's)
  23. You must mean the ones Treggo mentioned above? I am tempted, they are just over in TGA aswell, I will keep an eye on them I will. Could always fit the dome hub caps I like onto those coon rims I guess, wide and domey, Mmmmmmm.
  24. Mr 5macks showed me those, am semi ken, not a fan of shaped hub caps tho, but could just run rims and beauty rings? Ha, I did think about those, not sure what that would look like tho, not sure if its butch enough to suit them?
