id def weld it first my dads mate scored me a little gas mig setup he even gave me a welding mask and a bottle for free and he also gets free refills

still dont have a welder which will let me down for a while

actually thats not a bad idea, i always thought of debadging as a looks thing ,my boots mint rust wise but my bonnets definetly gonna need some work

update-ive done the roof and will prime it tomorro hopefully if weathers good,started on boot ive decided i dont need to strip it to metal as its pretty mint so ill just give it a sand an fix up a couple of little dents,and apart from that ive only made a cool little alternator bracket and painted my gear box crossmember also ive decided against that muffler/s their to big and fugly might just go for one rancid pipe and paint it matte black or some shit

got in this morning an finished sanding that guard and primed it before the weather turns to shit,the gaurd is straight as the flare isnt perfect and im now going to change the whole shape of the flare, at least now ill no what to do and wat not to do when i do the other side

yeah igot it as strate with a dolly and hammer as i could first but at least half that last layer of bogs gonna come off i wanted to make sure i got every last little low spot and its only finishing putty so its not really that thick
