Rig the trailer for camping and run an alternator off the pinion flange to charge camp batteries?

In one of the King Country trucking books I had there was a story about a powered trailer, maybe using a cadillac v8 or something like that. So, could rig up a running 1kz in the trailer and have a dual engined rig for the big loads!

  2. Not the easiest thing to move, but I got the pullmax out of the garage and into the container yesterday. Screwed it down onto some wood to make it a bit more stable across the gravel

Dragged it out of the garage

Then used the offroad jack and a crowbar to move it sideways

And the engine crane to hoik it up the step

You should have got this one in New Plymouth somewhere for $2300

It's now been moved to Auckland, repainted, and listed for $8000

    Id go HKB all day.

I no longer have the photos, but i got one off aliexpress for SFA, and it was so absolutely atrocious i refused to use it. It was so bad i donated it to LVVTA as an example of whats out there. ( @KKtrips may still have it?)  It was the stuff of nightmares. Because once bolted on, nobody wohld be able to see how terrible it was. And its a critical safety part. If it fails, youre gonna crash.

    It's here

oh gawd. How is tesla earning carbon credits?

I can't deny that the sales and marketing team at Tesla are top notch. I have two friends that have bought teslas brand new. One a model 3, the other a model Y. Both are university-educated professionals, with university-educated wives and sets of youngish kids. They both are the kind of guys who would google the shit out of any purchase they made, yet nothing ever came up with the car they were about to buy. Not the dodgy suspension or the range-faking algorithm, or the self-drive that kills people. I wonder if they get them serviced?

In the US, selling credits from ZEV's to offset other makers gas-guzzlers.
