hi all what im thinking of doing is getting a supercarger off a japper ie toyota or somthing as i want to put it on my anglia its a cortina 1500 motor so can anyone tell me what i shoud think of doing to make it work cheers cliff

if it keeps on running it is bad for your motor as it can make it run backwards and will dry the bearings out which will cause unnessasery wear on big ends and mains which will in the long run cause bearing knock then buy buy motor so best to ceck carb mixture and dial in your cam if its got a lumping one good luck any ways mate go the ford105e ANGLIAs

if it still makes a tappy noise your hardenig on the metal face of your rocker has gone would need replacing as the same for 2ltr pintos the rockers wear out and need new ones

yea mate had lifter come away from roker arm and hitting rocker cover but if its realy bad buy buy bottom end big ends make a big knock knock when there stuffed dont over rev it or it will say boo out the side off block or sump best to drian oil and strip down id say few hundy for complete rebuild

has anyone done a conversion on a anglia 105e from drum to disks as im wanting to put my mk2 struts in and it looks like a b***h too do any hints i have the mk2 bottom arms as well also any one got a worked cam for a 1500-1600 ford ohv motor
