  3. i just realised that, and neither of my flywheels have those holes (there just 2 pics i found on the net), is on the engine though, is it a dowel pin i can just pull off? dunno if it makes a difference but its sposed to be the two top holes u measure between

  5. the maching itself wasnt expensive it was pulling the head apart and welding up all the dents form the bit of metal that went thru the engine. plus a head tidy up ect
  6. yeah i guess ill see, got no choice really its half the price of what i wann do so ill ahve to roll with it. fucken fixing al the damage to my head ect and block machining cost me 800 hundy plus another four hundy for parts and i still ahve to build it myself. hope it goes ok

  10. ive done a couple of those on the mitsis ive had over the years, just put electric one in then u can have secret fuel cut swtich too
  11. oh and best to do one side at a time
  12. small springs in back are sweet, have to drop diff to get them in by unbolting shocks. make sure you leave a jack under the diff so u can raise it back up to bolt shocks on tho

    EX LANCER DIFF

    sigma diffs are a bit bigger, i only said it was a waste of time cos it will still be an open diff with drums so not really an "upgrade". Also sigma front brakes are the same as the EX ones.

  15. nah i dunno about that diff, its not really that noisy it just twin spins a bit more than an open diff should. Really its just the panel work letting that wagon down, insides so tidy and its got next to no rust and the motor and box seem sweet. I was gonna paint it black bonnet roof, and white underneath if i kept it. Its got a real good body line on it to mask up and it would look killer
