the work involved in converting your escort to efi isnt really any more than changing the 20v to carbies... really if your mad keen on sidies you would be better off flicking the 20V and running an older 4age... imo converting a 20v to run on sidies is like buying a 351 clevo and knocking it back to a 302..... my 2c... end of the day its your car bro.

yeah it aint legal, but a lot of wof places dont worry too much about it. my old fairmonts front tryes stuck out like 40-50mm each side and it didnt fail its wof check on it. failed on plenty of other shit tho
