I had my doubts for a second there..

Managed to get some footage of kiwi road through to Moki road if anyone's interested. Including some of the run with the big bikes. Thanks to youtube for helpfully butchering the quality.

Right, @Gyrocket I've double checked with the land lady.. There's one spare bed available, bedding provided. If anyone is desperate there is apparently a couch. (I'd suggest bedding isn't supplied for the couch) In any case I'll lock you in for it. Not 100% sure on cost but somewhere round $75 each. Apologies @richiesmith that puts us at capacity. In case you missed it though, the Awakino pub do (or did last year) offer a shuttle service to and from the Seaview Holiday Park and .. well anywhere locally if you arrange it, so that's an option if you find something a little further out. Seaview seemed to have plenty of little cabins but don't supply bedding.

I'll give the landlord a call in the morning and see what she has to say, but if my rickety brain is working I think there's stacks of room. Will keep you posted. Nice work on the Monkey too. that thing looked a bit worse for wear after last year.

Yeah we've rented a house that's within staggering distance of the pub. Currently three of us booked in there but I believe there's heaps of rooms/beds. How many do you need? 2?

Just put 8.11 litres of BP's finest in there this week actually.. not that it needed it. Headed to Berm busters this Saturday for a shake down with a new recruit. That reminds me.. I'll have him fill out a form!
