    Is there anybody on OS in the chch area who can weld a small pipe onto this aluminum radiator? Someone has cut the bottom pipe off, want it to look like the top one. I would like to fit it before I go to Auckland on the 17th of January. Will pay in beer or paper money Cheers, Andrew

    Small update. Electrontic ignition from a later model A Series Metro. Stronger spark and starts easier now. Put in a 71deg thermostat beforehand and it ran hotter but didn't overheat, just went up and down as it should.     I had big cable ties on the boots then changed them to wire wrapped and tied around them. Works well.
