  1. Hello folks. Have an exotic Italian car that I need to strip of it’s running gear this afternoon at Threeonthetre’s house. Keen for some more helping hands. Text me if you’re free 027 271 8433 Cheers, Andrew
  2. Can most likely arrange to get it from Auckland or Tauranga to Whakatane easy enough for ya.
  3. If anyone is keen to come but doesnt have a bike that can sit at WOT for 3 days let me know and I can put you in touch with this guy selling a PGO 50cc 2 stroke beast. So reliable and handle off road awesome, throw some wheel barrow knobblies at it and you can go anywhere. Here he is on his PGO at the end of the Motu special stage last year doing a skid while @HighLUX and I were drinking warm, flat Coronas waiting for the rest of the crew. Heaven. Defintley need to get a bunch of K's in on bikes to prove reliabilty before this ride, it's punishing on engines / suspension / bumholes. Bung / bum hole fizzing so much!
  4. Keen for more of pennypincherssc to attend. All the moped gangs. Gangbeefs
  5. Enjoyed watching you grade the gravel on the Motu road. How many holes in the exhaust header now?
  6. This is probably one of my favourite events. And it’s only happened once. This year my CT90 will be back with a big block 125. Hopefully my chain / swing arm / airbox / front wheel don’t come loose / fall off like last year though.
  7. Also pining like a mother fucker for some more of this. and this Earlier November would be ace. Sooner etc.
  8. @64vauxhall @Geophy @Archetype ?
  9. And mine has the PTO winch with huge front bar haha. So add about metre to that. And I live in Auckland...
  10. It scrapes on driveways and parallel parking anywhere is impossible unless I have two empty spaces.
  11. Then I spent a while trying different bikes on it and figuring out the best way to tie stuff down to it. @Geophy bent up some bar for each corner as tie down points, as well as the entire mesh floor being strong enough to tie down to - even more so after I mig'd each tab down to the frame. Then I gave it a lick of paint, some reflectors, and then $16 Aliexpress 24v LED lights for it - attached with rivnuts, wired up with a trailer plug. Also added a number plate and u-bolt around the towball to stop the little up and down movement it had inside the box section. It's real test is coming soon when I use this rack to take my Yamaha V50 to Christchurch and back. It handled my Honda CT90 to Whitianga and back fine, so I'm confident!
  12. Here's a thing that @Geophy made for me. I've seen a few of these tyres of carriers around but none of them looked that skookum, either sitting on the tow ball or hitch mount. So much weight flopping all over the place. Sent Geophy some sketches then trucked down to Hamilton after work on Friday and he already had the majority of it welded up. Gave him a hand to finish it off and get it lined up with the truck. Used the most appropriate tool, forklift. We welded some box section to the outer of the towbar assembly and have it secured with bolts through there. It's strong! Had both of us jumping up and down on it (we aren't small dudes) and it didn't move.
  13. Do it! I’d offer to help bring it over the bridge but I’m driving up from Wellington that day so will be late. Also already be loaded with 4 mopeds I’m bringing up.
