  1. also if I want to space up chassis side engine mounts say 10mm, would it need a spacer plate under the hole mount or just under each four bolts?

  4. Shits getting real now! Couple of last pics when it was all together still. Painter has been going hard on the final prep of the body. Super stoked with progress, lines are all looking sharp ! All going to plan ill have a painted body shell back on the chassis by xmas. Chassis has been getting bagged, brakes, test fit everything, before i pull it back down touch up a bit of paint then bolt everything together for good.   5. FYI The Bronze, iv got a scarebird kit for the 64. Decent quality bracketry and supposidly bolts a whole heap of random shit together so will let you know how i get on!

  9. So the ITB setup came with a set of fuel rails with 8AN fittings on them. Im running a returnless system so need a blank fitting or fuel pressure guage to blank the end off the end rail. Any leads? Cant find anything. It needs to be black to match my other fittings already purchased, and female fitting.

  11. As youll see in the Lowrider thread I scored a set of original 45 spoke Truespokes in 14x7 Reverse offset. Have been reconditioned and rechromed by Truespoke. Enroute to NZ as we speak.   12. Great success. Went for a wee visit to the panelbeaters last night. Painter has bare metalled and epoxied the body panels eg bonnet, boot, guards, doors etc. Theyve been filled and ready for primer. Rear quarters had been baremetalled and is off to the booth to get epoxied, bit of minor filling next week and smack some primer off. Then its paint o'clock!   16. Good progress. Body panels have been epoxied and ready for filling/primer. Body shell should go in the booth this week. Any week now shell be off to get painted which is exciting. Pic of hows shes looking at the moment. Also my airbag kit turned up. Bought a full accuair kit with Elevel set up. Super stoked with the quality of all the gear its well built, compact and looks the part. The complete valve box and control unit is below + the remote. Cant wait to get it in and get some slam!   21. Mates car was a fresh import from cali, into shop for a vin, put on wipers and extend exhuast to rear (was cut at gbox) and thank you sir you have vin. TBH though it was immaculate factory condition but still a 1958 so old
