First side of the door frame is ready to be spot welded back in place.

Just made sure we’re all lined up before we spot weld it all in place.

Started chopping the door 3 inches.

was hoping to do 4 but the front screen would end up under the seven inch minimum.

Had to pie cut the front to get it to line up.

Started on the rear curve.

Need to make this curved piece next.

Got a little distracted and started to make a shrinker/ stretcher stand out of a $30 marketplace engine stand.

Finally got the stand done.

Started on the curved piece for the inside top of the door.

Nearly finished the first b pillar.

once I get the other side done I’ll be able to brace them and work everything from there.

I’ve kept the original groove in it so I can slide the body lip into it and spot weld it in place.

I can’t believe it was originally just tacked into the wooden b pillar.
