Seedy Al Posted January 18, 2016 Share Posted January 18, 2016 So while I have everything out of Mourning Cupcakes car I was going to give the gearbox a bit of a tidy up, nothing flash, just replace seals etc Her Car is an Austin 1300, in case you didn't know....... mjrstar Posted January 18, 2016 Share Posted January 18, 2016 Having enough shims for the diff output covers, and the bearing for the drop gear in the clutch cover are two musts in my opinion. Also DONT FORGET THE ORING BETWEEN THE GEARBOX AND THE BLOCK. Check the bushes for the gearchange linkage whilst you are at it. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
