To what existent they go to/ how much they port it, i suppose stage one would just port and polish,... They are taking at least 1mm or 2mm out of the head and throating it into the values, witch I would say is stage 2

Nothing In the exhuast port toke 3mm off and has been throated so 3 cuts on different degreses for max flow where the valve would sit, Inlet has the valve guide still for reliability and has also been throated and cleared

Not sure who your engine builder is, but with any straight 6 I would be far more concerned with balancing the crank and rotating assembly well before porting a head. No point having flow gains if your crank is gonna destroy big ends.

I got it ported by csl race engine, it's getting built at b and h engine services. Everything is done right. The valve seats where cut with the porting so it had to be done or else Iwould have had to pay double
