Rookie
So the Misses has a YB100, and while it can do 100 with her on it I demanded more. So I decided to make a spanny for it, I found some plans for a YB100 that the specs seemed to fit the bill so for $20 of materials I thought I would give it a go. Because I am such a good employee I used work's resources to make the templates I then marked them all out on a bit of 1mm sheet. Cut them out with the angle grinder Used my mates folder and my angle finder To bend the cones Which ended up like this Which I then glued together And then chopped up to make fit on the bike Which was noisy as hell, so I made a muffler and painted it It worked spectacularly well, it pick up a heap of bottom and mid range, just like it was supposed to! I then got cocky and decided that 2 stroke tuning was easy, so I decided to machine a squish band into the head, this didn't go so well hahaha I used the 4 jaw and spun it up on the lathe This was the end product Compared to stock I ballsed up the calcs and got half the angle I needed, so after a quick bit of work with the die grinder I chucked it on and the bike ran! So I took it for a ride, it was det central so I quickly took it home before I melted the piston. The next plan is to cc the heads, machine the correct squish band, and open the machined head up to drop the CR.

Rookie
The engine in it is the one I bought off you, but the bike is another one we got from Auckland that had been crashed, I made one out of the two.
