Sigma carb advice

Hi all. I have a 81 sigma that has a 2L carby motor. Headers with a 2.5" mandrel bent full system. Going to get a regrind on the cam but im after some info on the carb.

Webber 32/36 is what iv been told to use.

Could a 2.6 carb out of a L200?

Which would be the most easiest mod or the one that will be the best result?

Any help is much appreciated.

From what I can gather the carb off the 4G54 is a 32/35. I assume you would have to get it re-jetted to suit the 4G63.

This (i believe) would be a bolt on upgrade whereas the Weber would need either an adaptor plate or your inlet manifold modified.

Check out Triggers build

The Weber carb is a tried and true method where the 2.6 carb may be a gamble.

Go with the weber x10. I dont even think the 2.6 is a "bolt on" anyway. They are just as shit as the standard one and i doubt you would notice any benifit whats so ever apart from increased fuel consumption.

You can get an adapter plate to use with the weber. trigger did it the hard way coz thats how he rolls.
