StuT
Hi All i have V6 Mark 1 capri and need new front rotors. Problem is they odd style "hat type" Bolts thread from outside into the tread on rotor as opposed to thoer style Escort (some capri like 2.8's) bolts go thru from back of rotor threading into hub. Much more common and easier to get better rotors Question is will an escort hub go straight onto crapi V6 axle so i can use better rotors. thanks in advance Stu

StuT
Thanks Nigel have been surfing all night and seems can't swap over hubs, onlt complete struts and hubs. Will try Repco or BNT tomorrow to see if can get new rotors. Need "big hat" version. Worst case try and tidy current ones up. Nothing on Tardme now. eke_zetec_RWD
Is the Rota the same other than the threads?
StuT
Offset totally different alsoapprox 100mm from rotor to flange where bolts onto hub. As opposed to about 20mm. Most os forum say give up and get other struts
J2Racing
V6 capri use a bigger stub axle than an escort. You may have to get rotors from your local brake specialist. BNT is a good start.
StuT
Manage to find some replacement rotors thanks to help from bnt. Don' t ask for v6 capri rotors ( everyone lists them wrong) order v6 cortina ones. Problem solved.
