QCADTA
pretty sure they are fired off the -ve side so will always have power there. work ya way back from there i guess, have you pulled any fault codes off the ecu?
QCADTA
so is there power when you are cranking or when the key is on? from memorry they are feed 12v from the eccs relay just to make sure.
Hemi
maybe after checking for the power tyr pulling off the cam sensor with key on and turn it , the injectors should tick. i accept no liability for backfires caused by this method . i remember having an issue with the de with no firing but that was due to moisture in the ecu plug . Hemi
the coil packs ticking , they have no moving parts chap try putting your finger on the injector and feel for vibration?
MK2-8-U
ok that didnt seem right so i took the cas off again and this time had a test light in the -ve side of the injector plug and it flashed when spinning the cas. but no viabration on the injectors tho. engine was sitting along time, i'l take the injector rail off and get them tested
DJZ
You could try putting 12v directly on to the injector very briefly with the other terminal grounded to see if it clicks, by briefly I mean like wiping the wire across the terminal, don't leave it on there. You could try spraying a bit of throttle body cleaner or injector cleaner directly into the injector when you do this, might help if they are gummed up and you don't want to pay $$ to get them cleaned. It's a pretty simple system though, if you have 12v on one terminal and a negative trigger on the other it should go.
