SP450andLE
From the short test drive I did, it seems to go ok. It'll probably be WAY better when it is running right. And yeah, standard 'box, transfer case etc. I might make one of the super-low-range t/c's one day...

CaMpylobacter
successful progress is successful!! is it a toothed belt (like gilmour/cambelt style) on the power steering? http://www.johnbrooks.co.nz/ they have a branch in andromeda cres, east tamaki (isnt EVERYTHING in andromeda cres?) this guy in palmy is an absolute legend too http://www.beltdrive.co.nz/
Lincooln
haha, This is a very odd looking 12 indeed Karl. But no this is not worth a proper paint job. I Will just be doing it at home/someone elses garage. The 12 will be getting a proper paint job once its ready. Though I still like the idea of satin coated primer with oxide wheels and roof rack. We'll see. and thanks for the tips cam, will have to give them a try. But yea it is a toothed belt like a gilmour etc.
