In my experience leaves that have no curve in them have real trouble putting power on the ground. They need the shape to "hold" the tyre on the ground. And with the power you'll have on tap, you're going to need all the traction you can get. If I ever get my leaves reset, I'd get the eyes reveresed for certain. Truenotch Posted January 16, 2011 Share Posted January 16, 2011 a 3 or 4 link with watts or panhard rod is the best way to run... Much simpler than IRS and you can get LOTS of traction (or no traction if you'd prefer). If you want a simple fix - tramp rods on both sides of the diff (mounted from the top), good shocks and the right leaves will be reasonable. Check lownslow's escort thread for a general idea.
