StuT
Hi All, Have searched with out luck for help on this. Wanting to fit Dellorto 40's side draughts on a 1600 Capri (Kent engine) but looks like brake booster going to be in the way. Not really wanting to change brake setup yet, just trying to drop stronger engine in. Is this a problem on Escorts too? Any idea where to get appropriate manifold to sort this out? Thanks

pusherman
i fixed this prob in my escort. took a samll amound of fiddling to get the booster bracket out, you dont have to take the actual booster out or disconect any brake lines. then stuck the firewall end of the bracket in the vice gave it a bend bolted it back to fire wall and re drilled 2 holes in inner guard for the bracket bolted that baby up and hey presto twin sideys fit a treat
