The old boy has been pulling things like the power windows apart, and giving them a tickle up so they work all G. (After all, that shit is 42 years young) He's made up gaskets for the end caps for the rear quards, and has been going through the mountain of parts looking for bits and bobs. Even after being painted, there is still the odd bit of sand coming out of the body from when it was sand blasted. I think the biggest hurdle (as with any newly Painted car) is that many of the factory plated parts are now not as nice as the rest of the body. Not being one to do things half arsed, I'd say there's gonna be a fair bit of coin invested in having stuff replated. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
