HighLUX
Just wondering if hydraulic oil is fine to use as powersteering fluid? Powersteering is essentially a hydraulic system right? so just wondering if it would work, reason I ask is powersteering fluid costs money but hydraulic oil is free from work
fuel
most cars will accept Dextron based ATF, which is essentially what power steering fluid is.
Hemi
well in tailgates we use either or , but for sterring id would stick with atf as it will no doubt have special additives for conditions that happen in steering systems. i myself would not recommend it , may find the pump starting to whirr and rattle . fuel
Make sure it's sweet to use ATF in your power steering tho, most japs are fine with that but who knows about old british cars (if this is for a triumph like your username leads me to believe)
