Another noob question..

Ive purchased a 1982 mitsi Ex and its a 1600 automatic.

What is needed to make it manual?

clutch, gearbox, pedal kit, flywheel, driveshaft? diff?

Spigot Bushing,

Flywheel,

Clutch,

Pressure Plate,

Clutch Fork,

Clutch Release Bearing,

Gearbox,

Drive-shaft (in some cases, others not),

Pedals,

Assuming it's Hydraulic;

Clutch fluid line,

Clutch Master Cylinder,

Clutch Slave Cylinder,

Interior Fascia (ie. Manual Gear Lever Boot, etc)

Re-wiring (loop) to bypass the Auto Lockout.

A jack, some axle stands, some gearbox fluid and about 4 hours.

Likely easier to find a manual shell, that way you can rob the parts and see where they have to go at the same time. Or you could have just started with a manual EX

good idea, ill look for wrecking ex lancers, could never find one as tidy as the one i found.

you'll need a manual alternator as well to get it running nice
