SHGWAG
Hit up toyspeed and pm the user Yems. He will give you some pointers. He's done this / ripped his 2J out now to stick in a FD rx7.

Spencer
If they let you join the cressida forums there's a million jz into x chassis conversions there. You have to introduce yourself etc once accepted to be able to post just to weed out idiots http://forums.toyotacressida.net/forums/ The basics are you will need a front sump (one from a x chassis 1jz will fit a 2jz), custom engine mounts (very easy to knock up), Turbo clearance to brake and clutch (if going manual) will be minimal at best it is easier to start with a single as its very tight on the turbo side. Other than that its the usual better fuel system, inter-cooler, drive shaft etc etc
