FLAWLES Posted March 16, 2009 Author Share Posted March 16, 2009 thats the idea.....not to hang 10 out of corners i but it down to the tyres, due to running the 18" with little strech on the tyre wall was causing the back to wooble rather nasty , and couldnt keep my foot up it on the long sweeping left hander at taupo my current suspension set up alows me to do some extream cornering with my old 17" tyres and was alot of fun at taupo last yr, but the 18" are just odd....there better with the new tyres but not like how i want it sigh Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
eke_zetec_RWD Posted March 16, 2009 Share Posted March 16, 2009 for the price of toyo ra1's they are fucking good. iv got them on my lotus and they stick hard after a couple of laps. i know of other serious race cars which have done lots of kms on them. with race tyres wheel aglinement is so important!
