FLAWLES Posted August 22, 2008 Share Posted August 22, 2008 im coming up short with calipers that will fit my t series diff for my race car so what i have done is changed a few things around and have come up with what i think is a good idea...................proberly not...............meh on the front im running a 260mm front vented disc and on the rear the std is i think 230mm i alo want to change this to a 260mm non vented disc will this effect braking? in anyway shape or form? Unclejake Posted August 22, 2008 Share Posted August 22, 2008 AFAIK the rotor size only has a mild effect on the front/rear braking bias compared to the piston size. FLAWLES Posted August 22, 2008 Author Share Posted August 22, 2008 im running on the front twin pot sw20 turbo calipers and on the rear ae111 bzg front tugs rear calipers as they had the right offset and bolt spacing only thing wrong with them is that i have to run with a bigger disc anything from 250mm to max of 260mm will be running a brake bais valve too, so i should be able to adjust as needed to compensate ae? edit sorry diddy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
