P_Star Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 yeah I know, fucking bizzare, but thats the problem with buying some wierd old thing from dannevirke haha, oh well is all going good now, chucked a new/old carb from the old pstar on there, is identical and now idles so thats nice. Goes in tonight to get the zorst welded on so will stop sounding like a tractor... hopefully don't get arrested on the way to the shop... also the gearbox is doing a very wierd thing where I have to push down to engage 1st and second... odd... I think I maybe put the top plate thing on incorrectly (where the gearstick goes in) still works just took a while to figure out how to engage 1st and second.. will have to sort shortly... kinda annoying... any ideas what I might have fucked up?
