eke_zetec_RWD Posted July 6, 2007 Share Posted July 6, 2007 double bypass crossflow will increase the effinency ov any sized core over single pass. ie water goes in say left top, goes accross the rad to right side, then down and back to the left bottom again and out. most custom alloy rads iv seen are about 60mm thick but still only 2core. each core about 25mm.
