Ke36 Posted May 2, 2007 Share Posted May 2, 2007 hey guys just wondering if i should be doing anything to my enigne while its sitting around for the next few months with my rotor i was putting oil in it and turning it over every few days so nothing dried out should i be doing something similar or is it not a problem with rings etc in a piston motor? ive sprayed crc in the head so thats stays sweet Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
84_S12 Posted May 2, 2007 Share Posted May 2, 2007 CRC = solvents SO that will wash away any oil in your head. Better to chuck some oil down the sparkie holes and turn it over with a bar and socket on the crankshaft pulley. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
