Is that comments as I demonstrated above are no different in blatant stupidty than to say things such as; if you want to put plastic on your car why dont you just buy a jappa.front lips, side skirts and end caps... sounds like a cross dresser to me. "Why don't you go out and buy a factory chav'd Escort or Sierra?" European/Australian/American/Japanese cars all use FRP. You make ridiculous comments like that on a thread then you contradict that in this thread. It's OK for the XYGT to have a plastic shaker scoop because it's a factory item? Going by your logic, it's wrong for the Japanese cars of the error to have plastic fender flares and front and rear spoilers but.., they are only "Jappa's" so, they don't get the same rights and respect. I guess when they figured out why the GT was nose happy and they put a front lip on it, that made it a "cross dresser". People have been putting FRP and Plastic spoilers and kits on for years, it doesn't make a car a "cross dresser" and it doesn't mean people who want to utilise that feature should have to "go out and buy themselves a "jappa"". I suggest you open your thoughts up a little and add a bit more variety to your life. Or you could just go buy a big Falcon and put flames and a bonnet scoop on it. Because that's a really new concept and you'll fit in with all your like-minded close-minded friends. The guards on that MkI may well be steel, as may the bumpers, but I guarantee that you personally get just as barred up over the FRP replicas, and that's OK isn't it, because they're not Japanese and any use of plastic and FRP by the British or non-Asian is simply magically technologically advanced!
