Gaz Posted January 16, 2006 Share Posted January 16, 2006 use an allen key for the Hex drive.. it'll never wear out.205 blocks can be saftly bored to 2.1.. and unsafely to 2.2. your taking a gamble boring a standard cortina block out to 2.1 Wasnt exactly right. ordered some other shit from burton so have got hex drives coming over. only 6 bucks each or sumthng so got 3. davidian Posted January 17, 2006 Share Posted January 17, 2006 i think youre confusing the kent/pinto blocks? anyways mine is black picked her up last night and looks pretty good, the auto box oil still looks new and the whole thing comes courtesy of a mk5 wagon numbers are 70HM6016BA CLBFAN 51132 (engraved on a little plate just above the other cast number). no idea what they mean tho.
