The car in the avatar isn't "Little Red Colt" but thats very observant of you escort_boy, I'm the one that bought EVLGTO in the end. Pity lots a little things a crapping out on it so now its hiding in the shed till I get a bit of time to go over it properly and fix a few niggles. Now that ones out of the bag I'm guessing people might want to see pics of that one 2?

Yes redseven it was in the mag, one of the conditions before I bought it was the owner wanted to get some recognition for all the work he did which I thought was fair enough too. Are u still after 16L parts because I've tried to contact you?

lowlancer I'm talking about NEW ZEALAND NATIONAL MOTOR SHOW

MYSTERY CREEK EVENTS CENTRE

HAMILTON

17 - 19 MARCH 2006.

There will be a lot of different stuff there and the EARLY MITSUBISHI COLT GTO club will have a section for the GTO's.

I've noticed lately that a lot more of the old colts are starting to change hands, especially on trademe. I think the 16L is highly underated considering there going for aroung the $2-5k mark, the 1850's seem to be a little less, while the GTO's are still under the $10k mark for one in good nick. What do people think about this?

It's something I'm weighing up as I do more of the old 2-door coupes up. What they seem to be worth finished and how much money I would have to sink into them doesn't add up the best right now :?

And which of the 3 models would be the rare pick? There's plenty of GTO's hiding around the country, but you don't see them out that often. But you don't often see 1850's either, and even less of the 16L's.

That cars awesome man  Good score! They look like quite nice cars.

There's a mint as 'pea green' one i've seen up in dargaville a couple of times. And in Auckland i've seen an older lady driving a pretty mint musterd one around and i sometimes see a pretty mint silver/grey one.
