I just fited a new set of custom rotors and calipers-ive bleed the back and now am bleeding the front. Problem beeing ive just spend 3 days and 3+ letres bleeding the left front caliper and there is still air coming thru! i still have to bleed the right front! I dont think this is normal so could any one suggest the problem? Thanks, def'

RT
When I emptied my system and fitted new brake hoses it took me ages to bleed the air out too! I began thinking something was wrong but eventually it calmed down. but do check everything is sealed so that it's not sucking in air somewhere. dabuzz
try clamping off each line once youve bled it and clamp l/h to bleed right hand etc is your propotioning valve working properly??? but as the others have said check all joints for leaks
Defcon
Thanks for the info, as for the cecking joints for air leaks, how exactly would i got about this? guess the only way is to loosten it and align/tighten them. Will prob grab a few mates round and bleed it manually, maybee the valves busted. Thanks, def
