Nothing much been happening with this as of late, just take it for a hoon once a fortnight, going in for wof tomorrow so thought I should probably sort some flares out for the front, bought some ezlip rip off brand for 45 bucks and that was the perfect amount for the guards, doesn't look too bad either! The adhesive tape seems a bit weak though so may have to ados it or chuck a few self tappers in haha.

Been up to fuck all with all the vehicles lately since moving to chch and having a little girl last week! But I did pick up a mint pair of gtx seats so had a spare moment this avo and fitted them up to the factory rails with a bit of trimming and drilling a few holes they fit perfectly and are a shit tonne more comfortable to drive in!

So ummm, this randomly fixed itself and it's back to it's normal reliable ways, got me stumped but I ain't complaining!

I'll give that a try this avo, import although god knows where from, speedos in miles haha. It's almost like it's flooded before you go to start it.

Sup y'all, So, my wee 4wd Lancer hasn't given me any grief at all in the time I've owned it up until now. It's always started first pop no worries but just this week when it's cold it's just randomly not starting. Turns over sweet but doesn't even cough or try to start there's just nothing there. Have checked for spark and it has a nice blue spark, fuel getting to carb no worries and carb squirts fuel as needed. Checked coil and lead resistance and they're all within spec. Replaced dizzy cap and rotor cause they were a bit ugly this avo and no better. It seems if you leave it a while and try again a couple hours later randomly it coughs and splutters and comes to life, when it's alive it runs perfectly and drives no problem. Bit of black smoke under heavy load. I'm kinda stumped, the only sorta thing I can think of is a carby issue? It's a 4g37 by the way, any ideas anyone?

I work in wigram so that could work, although I have found some under cover storage for $35 a week so that seems quite reasonable to me. But details would be good cheers man!
