Yeah it’s the latter I’d be more concerned about if I was him, but as Luke said, I have to go hahaha. Update on this, ended up using craig from autoglass Canterbury or whatever they're called, emailed a few different companies and he came back the cheapest at $270 Inc for windscreen and fitted, came to my house and did it yesterday at no extra charge. Did a really nice job and my mum (who was at my house looking after the sprog) said he was really friendly and helpful. So yeah eat a dick Smith and Smith with your $400-460 quote!
