Long story short.. Carb was not issue, stator nut had undone. Some ugga duggas fixed that

Yea i got talking to the customers at mbike tonight. 2 out of 3 had 24mm on their 125s (they had tried 22s too) I ride this thing at 100% throttle most the time (80kmh plus) so figured a little bit more topend was good Curiously mbike nibbis dont have a range of jets, i suspect china clones but will get a jet kit.

Fitted exhaust gasket. Much happier, no backfiring from head!! Throttle cable snapped as soon as I fitted new 24mm carb Got bike running with new carb plus ether.. hard to start Sounds a lot more responsive once started Will try richening mix tomorrow night or saturday

OK so this Pile is still running well but I think it has a bit more to go It currently has a 17mm carb of unknown manufacture/ pedigree/ age on it The exhaust was too quiet So I pick up one of these tonight from a local seller https://www.mbike.co.nz/product-page/nibbi-carburettor in 22mm (I think 24mm might be too much for a 125, what do you all think) And I fitted a rowdier exhaust, but I think the crush washer between the head and header is missing as it backfires from the front of the exhaust so I have one of them to collect tonight Reports to come!

Here is my newest acquisition Im hoping its in the system as I think it would be a fun wee round town bike. As the title states Tas Bufallo(?) With a A50 motor. Runs well Goes hard Rear shocks are bottomed out
