OK So I think it would be $28 a night for 2 people so Bart it would be $56 plus petrol Food can be pretty simple, I have a charcoal BBQ (Firebans can gtfo, 3 buckets of water on standby will help) We could chip in and provide a meal each and bring our own kids snacks. So how many kids would we have? Who needs what gear?

Shall I see what bookings are available at all 3 sites for fri 22 and sat 23 Jan? If so who might be keen?

I was thinking spencer because it is close, I would hope it is a first for a couple of folks so if the wheels fall off it is close to home for 'emergency missions' It is only the start of summer, I try and take my kids away once a month without mummy coming and happy to make adventures bigger as the group experience grows. Ross OBD has been on one my other mates do with their kids and has seen how cool this can be

Fuck it starting a poll is beyond me, So pick a location and are you able to lend some gear to help another dad out? I have a 2 man tent, 1 sleeping bag, a gas lantern and a stretcher I can lend a dad. Also a foam bed roll My preference is for gore bay (fishing) or spencer park (close to town)

So options I was thinking of are a) Glentunnell, has a river with a swimming hole beside it Spencer Park, real close to town, has great facilities c) Gore Bay has a beach with fishing and no cell reception I will add a poll
