  1. Adjustable shocks = no cert, adjustable platforms (coll overs) = need cert
  2. This 1 would pull 160/170 max, round town it was an absolute mongrol, the cam was WAY to big for the street, but put your foot down and once you hit 3500-4000 it would scare gtx's etc
  3. Na no pics, were basicly just paddock hacks (lived out the wops with 100+ Ks of forestry tracks to play on) had a LE 1100 matt black and a clubman 1000 on widened 10s. Will see if i can track down a vid of my mates old clubman with a worked 1340 and full race cam

  6. My mk4 was like that, changed the airshocks twice, then the springs trying to fix it.
  7. It seems to be a problem with a lot of old english fords, seen it on 5/6 escorts inc mine, and cortinas etc.
  8. My Escort = 88, Subaru = 92 father in laws Audi bout 99, run a good anti freeze/anti boil youl be sweet

  14. Its single circuit, never seen a twin, i used a hillman master with it (very easy to fit in escorts) But you could run your fronts on the booster and have the rears un boosted

  18. Tina or esky? in the tina just use a mk3/4/5 2L shaft, from memory the XF tinas had small UJs (same size as escort)
  19. Ok i had it backwards, you will need a cross over to use th 2L and keep the tip on the same side. 1300 and 1600 use the same clutch, the 1600XF cortina box is no stronger than an Escort box, its the pinto cortina boxs that are stronger as they have the bigger shafts.
  20. The cross over is where the exhaust makes a 90degree bend under/just behind the gear box then goes up the other side of the car, cut the pipe there and run new pipe from you exhaust manifold to meet it. You will need an escort box to put it in a esky, the clutch is the same though
  21. Lets you adjust the timing, the outer pully turns letting you set it where you want.
  22. How do you adjust the height, are they the ones where you lower the spring platform or seperate adjustment down lower? Am probly going to have to pass for now, have to do a few repairs to the engine 1st, so wont have much spare $
