used an arc to weld the tunnel into the escort...worked better than the mig... just need skill haha

heres the dash I made..mounted the gauges...yet to put switches etc in... mounted the vl radiator note the funky looking wing the last pic is where it is now....getting ready for paint..

also made up an alloy dash,i think its dope... cut a hole for the steering shaft to go through.. check out that sick steering wheel hunted

got my fuel tank mounted....just need to finish the top brace,then onto the battery box mounts...

yup...one of many things that can make it do that... my stocky did it for a bit till i figured out why...

all models kind of differ...im not too familiar with the ea.. but my xf and xe dizzyz have a mdole under a alloy plate.. with a few wires coming out of it... modules are known to crap out especially after heavy rain... water sits under my module,and messes with the earthing etc.. also check your leads they may be cracked

is the dizzy the type with a module?if so give it a clean with crc and dry it... if not...then disregard

you wont loose bugger all power driving a blower.. blowers= constant boost,bridgey idle set to 1500rpm... burnouts on tap.. and itll be tuff

just go for a secondary bridge...decent size blower,ive seen skidder blowers on them.. or get a fancy yanky one... run a holley double pumper..and scoop. would be tall but would look sick. i remember andys 13b was real tall..i think it used a 64/7 or whatever the numbers are..and 1 or 2 300zx throttle bodies,microtech... i used to have a large wade blower off a skidder that i was gonna mount on a 13bt block. was going to use a 650 double pumper and elec dizzy. you wont need to dowel it if you dont run mass boost..id go 12psi.... i was looking at putting an a/c clutch or something onto the blower drive so it was switchable-mad max style.. just go onto ausrotary and search blower or supercharged and you should find some sweet set ups on there... realistically any jap factory blower wont be good enough... there used to be a 13b j port blown with 2 idas in a rx3 coupe years ago in hams.. sparked my keeness in rotors,until all the crossed up flat cappers with puffy shoes started owning them....

i made one for my old s4 rx7... i used duct tape,balsa wood and a vivid... made the shape out of cardboard then transferred it to the balsa,marked level on he bumper.duct taped it on...then glassed it.. came up sweet...it stuck out about 150mm,and pointed down about 70mm...

yup,just splice into it...then tape it up... solder it if you can..
