Well its been loooong over due to do up another car so heres the discussion for my build which I'll drop the link too below

Remember the problem with your mini distributor. Lol hopefully not that. Its probably a stuffed coil

Do what I did... Bin the shit points set up for an accuspark, bosch coil, new leads and triple electrode plugs. 

 

Way better spark, easier starting, better response. 

 

Alternatively, drop a 12a bridgey in it =D

Could be the go, I'll look into some electronic dizzys. At the moment its a bit rough, uncle over here is a wiz with carbys and old motors so hopefully he can have a look even if he doesn't help just a decent list would be good.

Couod start working on the other engine at the same time the guy I got it off said they were both recond and have only done 30-40,000 km each
