sidewaysickness Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 My 2 cents... Had a Mk4 golf with the same problem and found that the selector cables needed adjustment. Of course I adjusted it the wrong way and made it worse, adjusted it the other way and problem solved. May be totally useless information but it may not .
