Any one got a link to or know anything about kits for Toyota gear boxes? non remote type.

make a 10mm or so plate that sits under the shifter housing.  extend the  stick below the pivot the same amount.  easy.    i can't help with your shit issues though

Man it took me a long time to see what you did there. Some mornings I wish I had a short shit kit. 

 

 

My solution was to chop the top off another shifter housing and bolt it onto mine to raise the cup, then extended the stick to suit. KPR's way looks quite simple too though.

yeah ill copy something like above defiantly wont be buying anything I avoid that as much as possible. thanks for the heads up tho.

I originally had one like that (probably made by a different guy) and the pins would come loose and fall out of the housing... So I threw it away. I replaced that part with a chopped standard shifter cup and it's been good since (it's now welded to my J160 setup).
