DangerousPerson Posted July 14, 2011 Share Posted July 14, 2011 I know a guy who bought that boat about 5 years ago for $1 but couldn't get consent from NZTA (whatever name they went by 5 years ago) to shift it. It was too big to go through the tunnel to Lyttelton and no one was willing to risk floating it in Redcliffs in case it.... well, didn't float. He did live in it for a while and it was actually quite big inside. Pretty toasty with the coal range he somehow installed in it too.
