bubblegoose
spendy......very spendy but i did get to do this there all together at last poor pic but now in the 3rd revision, they have been brace top and bottom and have mounts fitted for a more modern approach at sway bar links and a new lock stop some go faster bits, nology leads and a holley blue pump stripped cleaned and then...... left, need to re drill the mains to 1.8 and lift the needles up a clip (i hate that job i always loose the tiny springs) just need a new cross member and i can start throwing it all together
bubblegoose
thought id flip the ring gear over to the fresh side, had the dryer on in the garage (mega humid) which made a thick layer of ice over my frozen flywheel. was so hard to not lick it there finally all in place with the brake lines all fitted etc SHIT! where did that bit get too, time for a treasure hunt found it was in the container of bolts for the old front struts r1 carby school time in the top of the slide you will see this lil white tag carfully pull it out with needle nose pliers, BE CARFULL there is a stupid little spring behind it (dont be tempted to push it out with the needle they bend too easy) this is your buried treasure, the stock position for the circlip is the middle groove i dropped my clip down one notch, dont forget to replace the little plastic spacer if you do your car will run like a dead dog easyest way to replace it all is to fit the needle into its hole the lift it back up and hold it steady while the replace the steel washer, spring and lock tab keep pressure on the spring while you push it back and lock it into place then check the needle is still free (few mm movement) and has spring tension repeat 4 times
bubblegoose
so i required some bits to finish of my engine mainly these (was missing some bolts aswell but meh) yes i work on my car in pitch blackness brought an entire engine (for $22) to take off any bits i needed then scrap all the alloy for max profit apparently had blown head gasket due to blocked radiator, umm nah i think it got hot cuz of this cambelt wasnt too old either seems it was driven on for a while in said condition and wait.. they let me have a magic pen and some drugs

bubblegoose
i hear that the current fashion is to have mangled steel pipes in your engine bay so i thought id be a sheep and follow on a few gaps to sort out and then i can take the support straps off and tidy it all up there all 27 +/-1 inches long too
bubblegoose
moved a brake line and made a heat shield, have discovered the worlds best brake line brackets. will move the rear line when i can be arsed got a new dash with guage holes in it, not sure iff ill use it or not. couldn't make my mind up then i did that and they looks the bizzle have a ghetto flow bench in the makings aswell
bubblegoose
clay was too cold/hard for me to be arsed getting ti perfect right now but crammed almost that much shit into the port with no loss of flow, quite happy with that so a added more and reduced flow by about 7-8% probably what ill leave it as sucks fingers in quiet easily too
