Dell'orto Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 Personally, I wouldnt bother with the expense of tracking down a 3K-B head...the ports are bigger, but the valves are the same size. Intake velocity is just as, if not more critical than outright flow. Plus people want silly money for 3K-B heads Just plane the standard head a couple of thou, get a pair of 40DCOE/DHLA's and chat to a good cam grinder and you'll have a decent amount more wick.
